Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or for oversized electric bike shipments.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery time depends on product availability, warehouse location, destination region, customs clearance, and carrier performance. Final delivery estimates are confirmed after order processing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number by email or through your account order page.

Large-item delivery

Electric bikes are oversized items. Delivery may require a signature, appointment scheduling, or local carrier coordination.

Customs and import fees

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or regional compliance costs unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
