What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@skycleat.com.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! Contact us for wholesale and bulk pricing on orders of 3+ bikes.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam. Contact us for shipping to other countries.

How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery: 7–14 business days within Southeast Asia. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over S$500 qualify for free shipping within Singapore and Malaysia.

🔧 Product & Warranty

What warranty do your bikes come with?
All electric bikes include a 12-month warranty on the frame and motor, and 6 months on the battery and electronic components.

Do you sell replacement parts?
Yes! We stock batteries, chargers, tires, brake pads, and other common replacement parts. Check our Shop or contact us for specific parts.

Are the bikes assembled?
Bikes arrive 85% assembled. Basic assembly (handlebars, front wheel, pedals, seat) takes about 30–45 minutes. We include tools and a step-by-step guide.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@skycleat.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We will respond within 24 hours.
