Battery Safety
Electric bike batteries are powerful components. Safe charging, storage, and inspection reduce risk and protect the life of your bike.
Use the supplied charger
Charge on a hard, dry, ventilated surface. Do not cover the charger or battery while charging, and do not charge unattended overnight.
Keep batteries away from heat
Store the battery indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and flammable materials. For longer storage, keep the battery partially charged.
Stop using damaged batteries
If the case is cracked, swollen, wet, unusually hot, or smells abnormal, stop using it and contact support before charging again.
Never modify battery packs or wiring.
Unauthorized battery repair, charger replacement, controller modification, or waterproofing changes can create serious safety risks and may void warranty coverage.
