Terms for using Skycleat and placing email-based product orders.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website (www.skycleat.com), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Seller Identity
Skycleat is operated by an individual seller (sole proprietor) . I am not a corporation, LLC, or registered business entity. All products listed on this website are offered and sold on a personal, individual basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are transacting with an individual seller.
3. Product Display and Information
Our website serves as a product catalog and showcase only. All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference purposes.
I strive to display accurate product information. However, I do not warrant that all descriptions, colors, or details are error-free.
Prices displayed on the website are estimates only. Final prices, shipping costs, and availability will be confirmed via email communication.
4. How to Place an Order
Our website does not offer online payment form or payment functionality.
To purchase any product, please send an inquiry email to chengyuanyuan20@gmail.com with:
Product name(s) and quantities
Your full shipping address
Any special requests (e.g., color, size, customization)
I will reply within 1–2 business days with a formal quotation including:
Product price(s)
Shipping fee
Total amount
Payment instructions (bank transfer, wire transfer, or other offline methods)
Your order is considered confirmed only after I receive your payment and send a confirmation email.
5. Payment Terms
I accept payments via bank transfer, wire transfer, or other mutually agreed offline methods.
Full payment must be received before I ship your order.
I do not store any payment information on my website. All payment details are shared privately via email.
6. Pricing and Quotations
All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of the email unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price in my official email quotation is the final binding price.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. I am not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. Detailed shipping terms are covered in my separate Shipping Policy.
8. Warranties and Liability
Most bike parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty. As an individual reseller, I do not provide separate warranties beyond those offered by the brand.
I am not responsible for:
Improper installation or use of products
Compatibility issues between parts purchased from me and your existing bike
Any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use
My total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use our site for any unlawful purpose
Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
Scrape or copy our product data without permission
Post false reviews or harass other users
