Returns & Refunds

We want customers to understand return requirements before purchase, especially for large electric bike products.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless local consumer law requires a different period.

Return condition

Returned items must be unused, unmodified, clean, and in original packaging with accessories, manuals, chargers, and protective materials included.

Non-returnable conditions

• Products showing outdoor use, crash damage, modification, or missing parts.
• Battery or electrical components damaged by misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repair.
• Clearance, final sale, or customized items where marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after inspection. Original shipping charges and return freight may be deducted unless the return is caused by our fulfillment error.
