Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping costs, processing time, international delivery, and tracking are confirmed by email.
Effective Date: October 1, 2024
1. Inquiry and Confirmation
All shipping costs are not automatically calculated on our website. Please email me at chengyuanyuan20@gmail.com with your product inquiry and full shipping address.
I will reply with a formal quotation that includes product price, shipping fee, and total amount.
Shipping fees are quoted based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen carrier.
2. Processing Time
Once I receive your payment confirmation via email, I process your order within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
3. Domestic Shipping (within China)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days – Fees quoted per order
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days – Fees quoted per order
Free shipping may be offered for bulk orders—contact me via email for details.
4. International Shipping
I ship to most countries worldwide via DHL, UPS, or FedEx International.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date):
Canada/Mexico: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Asia/Australia: 7–18 business days
Other regions: 10–21 business days
International shipping rates are quoted per order based on destination and weight.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in my shipping charges. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If still missing, contact me within 3 days of the delivery date.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address when you email me your order inquiry. I am not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email me within 6 hours of receiving my order confirmation. After that, I may not be able to make changes.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, I will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the carrier confirms the loss, I will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge.
I am not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. I recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature (available upon request—please mention when placing your order).
8. Delayed Shipments
I am not liable for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, or other force majeure events.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing and delivery times may be extended. I will notify you via email if I anticipate significant delays.
9. Shipping Restrictions
I do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders (domestic P.O. boxes are accepted via local carriers).
Certain oversized or heavy items (e.g., bike frames, turbos) may require additional shipping fees—these will be quoted via email before processing.
