Warranty Policy

Coverage for electric bikes, batteries, motors, controllers, displays, chargers, and structural components depends on the product model and the issue confirmed by support.

Standard coverage

Most SkyCleat electric bikes include a limited 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables and wear parts are excluded unless they arrive damaged.

What is not covered

Crash damage, water damage, unauthorized modification, incorrect assembly, commercial abuse, battery misuse, and normal tire, brake pad, chain, or cosmetic wear are not covered.

How to start a claim

Email support@skycleat.com with your order number, product name, clear photos or video, and a short description of the issue. We may request diagnostic steps before approving replacement parts.

Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging.

Oversized e-bike warranty cases may require parts shipment, local inspection, or return coordination depending on the fault and destination country.
